Marvel Comics Previews: 4/9/14

What is up with all those Superior fillers?

Looks like it'll be Secret Avengers, Iron Fist, All New Ultimates, and Nightcrawler this week. Maybe Mighty Avengers too.

Not buying many but Marvel outdid themselves this week when it came to covers

Everything is basically GREAT except for Foes going to $3.99. Big week for all true believers! :D

Is it me or is Marvel trying to make most of its books light and cartoony?

Can't we at least have a few more serious, detailed books?

Ghost Rider lost his balls.

There is some issues with the Mighty Avengers link working.

What If Age Of Ultron #2 (loved the first in every way, but it was very depressing), SUPERIOR FOES, Avengers AI (underrated series. shame its being cancelled), Thunderbolts (gonna be sad without Venom), and maybe Iron Fist, and maybe Nightcrawler.

Y'know, I started looking at the Deadpool cover just to see everyone at the wedding and they didn't put the Thunderbolts in the crowd other than Red Hulk. Kind of a big oversight I think. I mean the dude is on one team now and they aren't in the crowd. Bummer.

@feedonatreefrog: Ghost Rider is actually pretty grim, I mean the main character get's shot to death in the very first issue.

I might pick up Nightcrawler.

I'm grabbing Avengers A.I. #11, Avengers Undercover #2 and All New X-Men #25, which will be the last issue of ANXM I'm grabbing. I'm no longer enjoying it and I want to make room for The Wicked + The Divine. Shame about A.I. getting the axe, it was such an enjoyable title. Dunno what I'll replace it with yet.

@jonny_anonymous: All New Ultimates has me pretty curious. I've never seen Michael Fiffe on a mainstream book before.

I think this is his first one.

All-New Ultimates, Secret Avengers and Iron Fist

1. I was screaming bloody murder when i seen the promos for the New Ghost Rider, but the first issue was pretty darn engaging and look forward to where this goes. But I hold this guy with the same regard I hold Sam as Nova, which is pretty low and temporary blip on the radar until the original returns...
2. Really enjoying Mighty Avengers so far, this is one of the best Marvel Team line ups in sometime
3. What is the deal with Avengers Assemble? Don't we as readers know who Hyperion is by now??
4. I will pick up Iron Fist due to the fact I am a fan of the character, but aside from the cover, nothing has impressed me about this yet.

But if budget allows, I will pick up Nightcrawler, and Captain Marvel

All-New Ultimates, All-New X-Men, Captain Marvel, Daredevil, Iron Fist: The Living Weapon, and Superior Foes of Spider-Man. Sorry wallet

Jeezus, um... I'll take everything please, and a side order of next months previews. I'm always getting those preview books when I go to the comic shop lol.

The original didn't leave, he's over in The Thunderbolts. Everyone keeps acting like he's a replacement, when he's not.

Another Superior Foes issue I'll be skipping. I ain't buying it cause I'm a massive Boomerang fan I was getting it cause Spencer and Lieber where doing a great job. But no, let's raise the price and stick a bunch of randoms on.
