Marvel Announces Uncanny X-Force Day

Mark your calendar, October 6, 2010 is when the first issue is released.

Without a doubt, X-Force has been one of the hottest X-comic published lately. With the end of Craig Kyle and Chris Yost's run, most of us are unsure what the future will hold. We saw in Second Coming #2 that a new team would be debuting.  
 
To coincide with the release of the new title, UNCANNY X-Force, Marvel has announced "Uncanny X-Force Day" for Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Rick Remender and Jerome Opena take over the reigns and have big things in store for us. For readers lucky enough to go to a participating retailer, there's the opportunity to pick up an exclusive Uncanny X-Force print featuring the team's first appearance in Second Coming (with Greg Land art!), exclusive variants, mini-posters and more. There will also be an Uncanny X-Force #1 Blank Variant so you can draw your own cover (or get one drawn at the next convention you attend). Variant covers will feature art by Marko Djurdjevic, Clayton Crain, Rob Liefeld and J. Scott Campbell with a regular cover by Esad Ribic.

okay... Psylocke really needs to gear up, I don't mind seeing her in a jumpsuit with some areas showing off., but an X-Factor in bikini? doesn't make sense anymore. 
 
also... I see Polaris and Havok... what happened to Rachel Summers? is she going to be part of the team or go with the X-Men and meet her doppelanger Hope Summers?

Polaris Havok and Rachel are not part of the official roster...
I believe that maybe Lorna and Alex will be part of the arc or something... but not part of the team...
 
As for Rachel I have no idea!

Looks very good. It makes sense that Polaris would be involved since Apocalypse gave her back her magnetic powers.

X-force has been the best run of the x-men titles in years by far.   I can't wait to see what happens with this team up.

i would like it if spylocks costume was  different maybe a mask and cowel, just saying... 
loved her old costume 

like ithink sleaker obviosly like no cape just the cowel and mask and the a version of the xforce op suite. 
oh and maby a wig

Very excited! Loved the last XForce, but will miss Laura, love her character. Very excited about Polaris. 
We will be attending our local comic book store's event dressed as Cabel and Hope ^^ Woohoo!!!!  
I love Marvel Events!!!

I really looking forward to it, but....
I don't like Deadpool's new costume... It looks so primitive. I prefered the red one. On the other hand - Wade, what the hell are you doing in X-Force? Ther're destroying Deadpool character, want Nicieza back in Marvel! (and Fantomex out of the team too) May be i'm grambling, but the new squad sucks! Although, drawings are AWESOME.

I am just getting a little tired of seeing Deadpool everywhere. I like his character, the humor, I like that he is different, but I don't like that he is in every comic book I pick up, they are burning the character out for me. I know this happens frequently that a popular charcter gets a push, but...

this team is the best, version of the X-Men  imo, really excited for the Apocalypse storyline.
Apocalypse-related  to Do List:
1) Resolve the Blood of Apocalypse storyline (Celestials)
2) Resolve/continue the Frederick Slade storyline (New Clan Akaba/"the Fittest") 
 
I heard Blink & "Decibel" is coming back, Decibel smh

Is it me or am I the only one thats  dieing to see an XFORCE MOVIE!!! (done the right way of course, hopefully not anything like those lame xmen movies)
