Justice League Movie Confirmed

..I am happy a film is coming but depressed that in 2018 I will be 49 years old before I finally see some of my favourite characters. I love DC characters but as one poster put it, the stories are aimed at an older audience. I don't know of any kids my daughters' age who read DC comics but they all wear spiderman / Iron man gear etc. Marvel have stolen a march on DC which they will never recover. The characters are more relatable, have flaws and in some cases simply more "child like", or "child friendly"....DC have also spent too long pushing Batman and too long neglecting other characters. When they did try a second tier character, Green Lantern, it flopped.

Oh boy, lets just hope this time they get it right, don't screw up and put out some other good stuff. DC don't mess up, or its over!

I'm quite excited coz Zack has done a good job on the two comic based films he has done Watchmen and MoS. I'd trust him....I hope it's long too.I don't like movies with a huge cast that are 2 hours long. If MoS was 2 hrs 30+ minutes , then J.L film has to be knocking close to the 3hr mark that is no less than 2hrs 45mins. A good villain too , I want a trilogy so first film can have Vandal Savage and the Injustice league, the second film can have Felix Faust or Wotan and some demon hordes and the 3rd Darkseid allied with Brainiac (the Smallville model of Brainiac)

Why the hell would Cyborg be in Batman vs Superman? I trust Snyder as a director, but now is the time when I say that WB is throwing too many freaking characters into this thing.

I'm glad they aren't rushing this at least. 2018 gives them some time to develop a good story and find the right cast. I hope they don't just cut and paste the new52 Justice League, though. They could do some really cool things with other classic characters like Martian Manhunter, Zatanna, and the Hawks if they wanted to use them.

We're talking a team-up of some of the biggest, most iconic characters in comic books. Superman. Batman. Wonder Woman. Flash. Green Lantern. Other people. This is an event of legendary proportions, that should be discussed in hushed, reverent tones of hope and excitement. I should have seen this thread title and thought, "OHMYGOD YES!" Instead, I saw this and thought, "Really?" in a tone of depressed resignation at the inevitability of it. Not excitement. Not hopeful. Just depressed resignation.

Congratulations, DC. You really aren't given enough credit. It took genuine effort and skill to do the impossible, but you did it: You have completely broken my faith in you, and I didn't even realize it until you gave me news that should be some of the most joyous. You've got roughly three to four years to turn this around, DC. I sincerely hope you do.

yeah, that's what I mean. more "adults"(high school and up) will probably enjoy DC more. but all the girls I know, talk about Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth.

Has it ever dawned on anyone that DC may very well have their game plan set up. Marvel has pretty much put all of their main characters into the cinematic universe; many of which has flopped i.e. FF, The hulk, Daredevil(Many of you Marvel fanboys is downing the DCU). Anyway, by the time Marvel has all of its heavy hitters out of the way, DC will have taken full advantage and explode at the box office. I mean Spiderman can't keep making movies. Well, I'll bite my tongue on that one(batman). And Unless Marvel does the Crossover approach, they really don't have anything else to look forward to. Nothing I can think of anyway. DC has the Justice league, JLA, JLD, Teen Titans, all the solo projects. Stuff people are familiar with. Sooner or later, the sun will go on Marvel.

This will be good, Snyder doing it? I'm excited :) screw the haters...

Hope he puts the action scenes in Avengers to shame, which I'm sure he will since MOS's action scenes were awesome.

If they make Shazam even close to the new52 version or the version seen in Justice League War... I'm not interested. Like, at all. They've ruined the character completely.

Lex imo is going to be the Loki of the DC universe, he's going to appear in so many of these movies. That's why this casting was the only one that hurt me personally cus Lex is my favorite character.

Henry Cavill was unknown but people in hollywood knew what a talent he was, same with Hemsworth. They were just waiting for the major role that gets them known. Gal has shown her acting talent before she has no acting talent. She's an underwear model who can't act no one was banging on her door to be in a movie because they were smart enough to know she can't act. But you know Snyder make risky out there castings just for the heck of it even at the expense of the movie. He will make MOS 2 even more crap than MOS and i though atleast Justice League would be good since i figured they would get Affleck but no Snyder is directing again so Justice League will probbably be crap too. I can't wait to see Michael Cera as Joker. Jonah Hill will make a fantastic Green Lantern. Sorry i can't be a biased fanboy. I love DC characters i grew up on them and yet Snyder likes to freaking ruin them we will never get a good DCCU as long as they keep using him.It will be terrible movie after terrible movie with terrible casting after terrible casting.

What's with everyone getting pissed about there being no confirmed WW movie? Didn't DC already confirm that Gal Gadot has a three picture deal with them? It's coming, just be patient, jesus.

Honestly, I'm more excited about the Shazam movie than the Justice League movie... DC doesn't seem to have any idea what they are doing so I'm not expecting much from the Justice League movie, sadly

I'm actually glad they cast a relatively unknown actor for such an iconic character as Wonder Woman. Gal has expressed that she's very excited for playing the role and seems very dedicated as well. Give it a chance people.

Oh, come on, Gal is not terrible. Frankly, I can't say anything about her one way or another. I haven't seen her in anything except Fast and Furious, and since she's a supporting character, there wasn't enough to determine her acting credentials. And what are they shoehorning exactly? Batman was a given every since we saw the Wayne Industries satellite in MOS. Luthor is a given since he's Superman's main foe. Wonder Woman? Cyborg? We have no idea what capacity they will be in this film. For all we know, they both could just be minor characters to set up future films, like Black Widow's cameo in Iron Man 2 or Clint Barton's cameo in Thor.

We know almost nothing about this film, yet people are instantly judging it and whining. Sit back, relax, and wait for it. If it's good, it's good, if it's bad, it's bad. Complaining for 2 years isn't going to help.

He has no range he can only play the studdering fast talking loveabale nerd and they get him to play the most layered villian in comics? He may not have the build and voice that we are used to Lex having , but Eisenburg can surely pull off the stubborn LexCorp CEO. I was against the casting as well until I Looked at the pros instead of the cons of the casting.and Affleck will do fine

I though Thor the Dark World was a piece of crap kids comedy but it was still better then MOS. MOS was just such a terrible movie it's unreal. It had so much potential too. Just like MOS 2 but apparently an idiot is making the casting calls on it. The thing is if everything else about MOS 2 is great it can't make up for terrible casting. If the cast is as bad as everyone suspesct the best the movie can get is like a 7 because acting goes FAR.
