DC's next animated feature is Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths. It's due out in Spring 2010. This is going to be a little different than the other DC animated movies since the Justice League of America will be facing the Crime Syndicate.
As mentioned in the trailer below, they're willing to kill. IGN has a first look at the trailer. Check it out.In Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths, a “good” Lex Luthor arrives from an alternate universe to recruit the Justice League to help save his Earth from the Crime Syndicate, a gang of villainous characters with virtually identical super powers to the Justice League. What ensues is the ultimate battle of good versus evil in a war that threatens both planets and, through a diabolical plan launched by Owlman, puts the balance of all existence in peril.
Another thing that is different is this isn't a straight adaption from a specific comic. This is an original story from Dwayne McDuffie pulling from DC's 'Crisis' stories. Bruce Timm is the executive producer. Lauren Montgomery ( Wonder Woman, Green Lantern: First Flight) and Sam Liu ( Superman/Batman: Public Enemies) are co-directors. The voice cast is led by Mark Harmon (NCIS) as Superman, James Woods as Owlman, Chris Noth (Sex And The City, Law & Order) as Lex Luthor, William Baldwin as Batman and Gina Torres (Serenity, Firefly) as Super Woman.
