Holy Hellfire, Ghost Rider 2 Being Prepped?

How many of you saw the first Ghost Rider movie?  How many of you liked it?  I haven't been able to bring myself to watching it yet.  I've wanted to but it's been hard.  Something about the movie kept telling me I should avoid it.  I feel bad about that.  I like Nic Cage but just didn't see him as Johnny Blaze.  We all know that he's a big comic fan.  He named his son Kal-El.  He was even up for Superman before.  And, of course, he's going to be in "Kick-Ass" as well.

Colombia apparently has finally decided to start revving up the production on a sequel.  It's hard to believe the first came out almost exactly two years ago.  This news comes from Bloody Disgusting.  I haven't heard any "official" word but who would want to make this up?  They're also reporting that Ghost Rider will be going against Blackheart this time.  Cage is set to become Ghost Rider once again aw well.  I know I should get around to watching the first.  I promise I will before this one comes out.
