Are you ready to 'Hero Up'? Marvel's next cartoon event has arrived on Cartoon Network. Last Monday two episodes were aired as a sneak peak. The show officially premieres Saturday, September 19, 2009 on Cartoon Network at 8:30 a.m. This is your chance to experience the adventures of Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Wolverine, Thor, Silver Surfer and pretty much every other Marvel Hero. Their mission is to search for pieces of the powerful Infinity Sword. It remains to be seen if they can succeed before Doctor Doom and his nefarious allies find the pieces first.
As you're probably aware, this show is clearly an all ages show. I've seen that some people are turned off by this fact. The show might not be geared towards you specifically but it is worth checking out. The show is very ambitious with its incredible list of characters and voice actors attached to the show. While some of us might crave for a darker grittier show, we still need something for the kids. Imagine how many poor children are out there that might be unaware how cool these characters are. This could be their gateway into the world of comics.
