Looks better then the other movie I saw, but needs more monsters. I hope they don't focus too much on the humans.

Whoa.

I enjoy my fair share of Godzilla movies but this just seems like it's going to focus on one singular monster, Godzilla, and the humans trying to kill it. Just seems like every other destructive monster movie we've seen.

Also though…THIS. Oh, Gail Simone, how wonder you are.

Looks like something the director of Monsters, Gareth Edwards would come up with. Hopefully it's a return to what makes Gojira so great.

Loved the "POV" footage of the Halo Jumper, could of eaisly ended the trailer there. Shout outs to David Strathairn gettin work to.

Safe to say there are going to be monster for him to fight.

@fallschirmjager: That was just a demo reel created as a "proof of concept" for the film to be greenlit it has no bearing on the plot of this movie

They did Pacific Rim, they do Godzilla. I have trust in them.

Even so, the official synopsis of the movie on their website heavily implies he's going to fight monsters.

I really hope it's not gonna be all smokey and blurry godzilla for half a movie then a clear shot of him. And then the movie is over. Too many giant monster films do that nowadays.

I was excited until I saw this trailer. I thought it was supposed to be about multiple monsters and the Big G beating the crap out of them. We don't want puny humans. We want kaiju smashing!!!

That was a very intense epic trailer. The cinematography looks top notch.

I can already say this is FAR better then that terrible movie with Matthew Broderick...................... That roar. That beautiful roar............ Oh how I've missed you.

As a huge fan of the original Gojira series, I am so into this trailer. I loved Edwards' debut as well and I think it shows he knows where the real gold of the stories is.

I see everyone complaining they don't want too much human focus but that's the wrong line of thinking. Monster fun is always great but the best kaiju films are the ones with a strong human story as well, imo.

Meh...i xpected more ...Plus Godzilla looks too skinny and the actor doesnt look the part..epic fail by WB...oh ..wait.... LMAO

Godzilla fights another Kaiju in this movie. I saw the trailer at SDCC. Its not just humans vs Godzilla.

This movie looks gorgeous. I'm so pumped.

This looks great, and I love the use of smoke to cover Godzilla for most of the trailer, makes the buildup towards seeing him fully in the movie a lot bigger

@braynehurricane: Exactly Godzilla is only monsterous by how puny and pitiful he makes humanity look in comparison. Loved how this trailer really got this idea a size and scope in comparison to other things in the first bit with the Halo chump.
