Force Unleashed to Factor in to Star Wars TV Show?

And what Star Wars comics should be in live action?

I always liked how the mission with this was to "kick ass with the Force."

THE FORCE UNLEASHED has already hopped over from the vidya game sector of the STAR WARS galaxy and into the comic realm with that OGN Dark Horse put out a while back. Now that the sequel’s coming out later this year (and Giant Bomb's handily covered that game’s trailer,) the game’s creators are saying that Starkiller and his adventures might have some ramifications on that long in-development live-action STAR WARS show.

So spoke game producer, Haden Blackman, to CVG

“…we're already seeing [THE FORCE UNLEASHED] reach out into publishing with comic books and novels that are taking into account stories we've created and characters we've created… Hopefully some day we see these characters on big or little screen. We're dealing in a period of time that has largely been unexplored by anything. FORCE UNLEASHED was the first major story we set in that time period."

THE FORCE UNLEASHED was supposedly the fast-selling SW game ever. Definitely a (pun intended) stellar hit. I’m sure there’s going to be at least some mention of its plotlines in this still-unnamed show, even if Starkiller doesn’t necessarily appear. Then again, they’ve already got Samuel Witwer ready and probably willing to finally play the role in live-action. == TEASER ==

I’ll confess that I haven’t delved too far into the print side of the Expanded Universe outside of that I, JEDI novel and the occasional issue of STAR WARS TALES, but I know that the comics have added quite a bit to saga's history and mythology. Have any of you Comic Vine maniacs been keeping up with titles like LEGACY, DARK EMPIRE, ROGUE SQUADRON, THE THRAWN TRILOGY, CRIMSON EMPIRE or any of the KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC stuff? What’s worth checking out? Are there any elements you'd like to cull from the Expanded Universe and see represented in this show in addition to FORCE UNLEASHED?
