Unity looks interesting

Edited by sentryman555

Shadowman and Eternal Warrior both look cool. Has anyone been reading them? Would anyone recommend it?

Posted by saoakden

Unity has a lot of covers. For me I would like to look into Unity, Shadowman, Eternal Warrior, Bloodshot, & if Ninjak gets his own series I would look into it. I'll check out all these books but the first four I listed would be the ones I would most likely like.

Posted by TommytheHitman

@sentryman555: I wasn't a big fan of Shadowman. It was good but meh... Eternal Warrior hasn't come out yet.

Man all these covers are just gorgeous, especially Shadowman and Eternal Warrior.

Needs more variants.

Edited by Jonny_Anonymous

@guttridgeb: It isn't that many, not compared to the amount Marvels does

So many great covers. Valiant knows how to get the people hyped.

I'd definitely recommend Shadowman. I've been reading it and it's been very consistent. Justin Jordans is working on a few other good titles too.

I'm planning on getting Eternal Warrior too. I've read just about every title from Valiant and haven't been disappointed thusfar.

I like what I'm seeing here; especially the two Shadowman covers.

It looks like November is going to be another great month for Valiant fans.

Posted by Jonny_Anonymous

Is Justin Jordan leaving Shadowman?

Valiant sure has some great covers month to month. That Harbinger #18 cover is fantastic!

Just Archer & Armstrong #15 and Eternal Warrior #3 for me.

Posted by Danial79

Dammit. I'm still trying to catch up on Valiant and now they're bringing out MORE! :)

Posted by Guardiandevil83

Valiant got the comic game on smash! Rai's back!?! Yes! And the axe through the Helmet? "drool"

Posted by Seathdroke

The crossover with barely any crossing over. There's the unity miniseries and XO and that's it. That can be a good thing, but it seemed like a bigger deal.

Edited by CitizenJP

Man, there are a lot of great covers.

dam really wasnt planing on getting eternal warrior but after read the solicit for it i think ill give it a shot

Does Rai have any connection whatsoever to Bloodshot, or do they just look really similar?

Definitely picking up Rai regardless, looks cool.

Posted by Xwraith

Unity will make Valiant the first publisher I'm reading more than one book by... but it's going to be weird having Aric be the hero in one book and the villain in the other.

Posted by Veshark

Looking forward to the return of Ninjak in Unity, and Bloodshot's new title. Who's the black chick with braids?

Rai's the future version of BS, inspired by Blodoshot apparently.

Unity is an ongoing series.

He isn't necessarily a villain in the series. He's meant to come off as "heroic in his own way". It's to do with the fact that he lived in a completely different time, and what he thinks is right differs greatly from what the other heroes think is.

Posted by IrishX

I've only been reading Shadowman from Valiant. It's been ok, nothing great.

Really love the variant cover by Kotaki.

Posted by Strider92

Quantum and Woody is frickin awesome!! I hope Unity sells well!

This!!! issue 1 had me hooked!

Posted by Nahuel

Oh, man! Everything looks great!

I think Unity will become the Justice League/Avengers of the Valiant Universe

Posted by RedheadedAtrocitus

I really love how the Valiant of now puts out the Masters stuff so that fans of the books now can also enjoy the stuff they put out in the nineties. Awesomeness!

Posted by Jonny_Anonymous

@irishx: it's getting a new writer with issue 10

Why isn't Valiant getting more recognition like DC and Marvel cause they're stuff are getting better.

Why isn't Valiant getting more recognition like DC and Marvel cause they're stuff are getting better.

I'm gonna say are outright better. DC and Marvel only have a high number of books compared to Valiant, quality wise Valiant stomps those two to the ground.
