Having Spider-Man join as a request from Johnny in his will makes more sense than just having Peter join the FF.

Those uniforms wither they are the white or black look sick. I am guessing Spidey is getting over his I am not a team player phobia. This I might actually pick up.

Been a long time since I've been relatively exciting for the FF but after reading the "Three" story arc, I felt that Hickmen was really taking these guys to the level they've always deserved and seeing Johnny die I admit it felt real rather than forced. Hopefully Hickmen's run with FF remain for quite a long time before Marvel lets another writer ruin it

I LOVE IT.  Its like a last will and testament of Human Torch.  He asks in his will for them to do this, and to add Peter on the team, how can you refuse this even if it wont work or last too long.  I love the idea.  I will buy it.  (all i read was torch's message to reed.)

I don't really care for the art. Too much realism just doesn't work for me in comics.

This is so great!  Can't wait.  I like how they are like, "For all you haters out there, Peter joining the team was Johnny's idea, so how can you not accept it?"    I swear, I haven't been this excited about the FF since Mark Waid's and Mike Wieringo's run.  Also, love Peter's and Sue's interactions.  So much to look forward to.

I hope Sue isn't hitting on Spidey. They have always had like a brother sister or mother son relationship.

Wow, the art is brilliant. I adore the costume designs.
 
Oh, and as if it hasn't been said enough times, Hickman is a total genius. I love the guy.

I'll admit that I don't have my finger on the pulse of all that goes on at The Mouse Of Ideas, but I was under the impression that no one knew Spider-Man's identity anymore.  (Edit: Sincere thanks to frogjitsu for PMing me and clarifying this for me.)
Also... 
As memory serves, Namor and Sue did hook up back in the early-mid 90s.  I distinctly remember an issue of Namor (drawn by Geof Isherwood) where, in the aftermath of Reed's "death", Sue ended up in Namor's bed.  This was when Ben had that scar on his face (courtesy of Wolverine) and Reed wasn't dead, he was just trapped in Doom's armor...somehow...

I think this series is going to be great and this preview shows that 

I dont think she was hitting on him, though I could see how that could be interpreted.  Sue has always come off to me as kind of a tease anyway.

Love Hickman's writing, and like the art...hmmm, color me intrigued.

Only look at the last page and take out the last panel and that is sue telling Spidey to do her and him saying hell yes!! That sue is such a cougar! I bet that would make johnny wish he hadn't suggested Spidey! How could Spidey cheat on Ms. Marvel?!?! Ok Serious time: I like how they had Johnny say in his will that they should have Spidey join. It shows how well of a friendship Spidey had with Johnny and the Fantastic Four! Also I think they know Spidey's identity since Sue called him young man and how Johnny called him Peter!!!
