uncanny xforce art team along with hickman. i tried to deny this book but this creative team makes this book a can't miss.

I don't want to see anyone get taken out but I would rather see Hawkeye get taken out before Black Widow. Natasha is a better spy & at stealth missions, she has an actual role. what's hawkeye's role? he's no heavy hitter and he's not as good as natasha in the spy game.

But keep them both on, if Hickman is writing then it's going to be good.

Art looks AMAZING. Also, one thing I noticed, Cap doesn't appear to be wearing the Marvel NOW costume they showed earlier. Its hard to get a good look, but he still has wings sticking out the side of his head, whereas the earlier stuff they showed had them painted on the side like in the movie. I'm not complaining though, I actually prefer it that way!

I'm not really feeling any of this marvel now garbage, but I really love jerome's art. I hate the thor redesign and i'm glad they scaled cap's redesign back.

Does he use models for his art? The realism in the details and faces are exceptional, not to mention the shading and backgrounds, proportions, everything, just stunning.

Its incredible but I hope it is original and not photo tracing. Either it is so good that it makes me think it or...but I hope not.

Hopefully the right inker and colorist will accompany this title. Its a fine line when it comes to inks and colors for this type of work.

Some of you just don't get it yet. The comics are taking a back seat to the movies and other mediums now, because that's were the money is. So the comics will follow the movies, not the other way around. You might as well take your whining about the lineups and rosters and shove it. The movies lead in Marvel Now land, the comics follow. If it makes you feel better to throw a fit, knock yourselves out, but it's not going to change anything as long as the movies are raking in money hand over fist, and they are probably still going to be profitable for the next decade. Be happy that Marvel is going this route; the movies, video games, and other mediums are what is keeping comics alive.

That art is truly beautiful! The pencil-work so meticulously detailed. Gosh, I definitely will have to check this out eventually :)

You're right.

The thing that really bugs me is since Marvel is just copying their movies, certain members of the Avengers that weren't in the movies are being totally ignored. I don't want Black Widow, I want Wasp and Scarlet! I don't want Haweye, I want Vision!

Wait, why isn't Cap wearing his new Marvel NOW! redesign? O_o
 
I really hope Marvel didn't chicken out on the whole redesign because I was really digging the fact that they were finally giving him a suit that looked more like something a soldier would wear instead of just spandex... -___-

Ive waited my whole life basically for the comics i loved and characters who i followed to be made into movies and now that its here and now ........looks like this is the line in the sand, love the art and everything blah blah blah, but, dammit if im not sensing an end coming, Stan Lee wont live forever and the Disney shark tank will devour and crap back out everything that he started as soon as hes gone........anyways Debbie Downer time there.....

Looks awesome and very interested in where they are going with this Now 52 thing but not gonna bite on all the hooks they throw out at me, feel like its a watch how it plays out kinda thing. Beautiful pencils for sure.
