That's funny, because Cyclops and Rogue have given me the exact opposite impression. What with Scott getting shafted and replaced with Wolverine and Rogue having no semblance of her former personality and stealing Jubilee's role.

I want to see this film still. Who cares about an outfit, if they can act. This kid is on American Horror Story and he's a good actor in it too. I think he'll do well.

I think people are forgetting that no matter how much they complain, they are still going to give their hard earned money to go see this film.

and thats why i call them hypocrites. i think they just love to complain about anything honestly. they really believe these big studios just piss away money and basicly say screw the fans and yet there stupid enough to still fork over money . thats why i dont take those kinds of fans seriously because they have no idea on how a movie actually works. im not saying i do but even myself can figure it out and im not that bright either.

meh just another thing for people to whine about. and besides how do we know this is the only costume? for all we know this can just be his younger self when logan go's back into time seeing as the photo clearly shows qs with the younger x and magneto. so could this mean we may in fact see a older version in present time?

THANK YOU! Seriously, everyone's freaking out over Quicksilver that I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one to notice that! lol

But for real, I'm still trying to figure out how he can walk again. It's possible that he could be projecting himself as if he's walking to everyone, but in reality is still in a wheelchair. The fact that this is a younger Xavier, maybe this version is ashamed that he can't walk, thus makes everyone see otherwise.

Just an idea, but personally I like the idea as it make this version of Xavier more interesting.

@akbogert: I don't think they ever cared about ensuring continuity between the MCU or FOX's universe though. It's clear that those two franchises are completely separate universes.

The key question for any Speedster's outfit is: is it friction-proof? Because if not, you just spent all that money on an outfit that's going to burn up anytime you try to run somewhere.

Quicksilver looks pretty bad. As does Beast. It's seems like they are more interested in representing the 70's then they are being faithful to the X-Men brand. Also, I assumed Quicksilver would have been one of the X-Men from the future, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Certainly magneto would have been old enough in the 70's to have a child that age, but it would mean that he was conceived prior to the First Class film, which seems like a strange choice.

I'm feeling less and less confident about this move the closer we get to release, but we haven't seen how much of this looks in context yet, and we don't know how the story will turn out. Keeping optimistic.

Dumb. Is he gonna be a greaser from the future or something? He might as well be, considering he won't matter at all and this will once again be The All-about-Wolverine Show.
