First Look: 4-Page Preview of LADY MECHANIKA #3

Lady Mechanika is back, just in time for the holidays.

Last we heard of Lady Mechanika was nearly half a year ago, so where is she now, you ask? Get ready, the third issue of LADY MECHANIKA written and illustrated by Joe Benitez with colors by Peter Steigerwald will be hitting stores on December 21st, just in time for the holidays. If that's not a great way to start your new year, I don't know what is.

Back in June Comic Vine reviewed the second issue of Lady Mechanika which many of you who had given the comic book a chance, really enjoyed. As for the third issue? It cannot come soon enough. If you missed them, you can check out the reviews for both the first and second issue here and here. Despite all of the delays, this series is definitely one we (almost) don't mind waiting for because it's just so freakin' beautiful. And based on the preview images below, it seems the third issue will be no different. We last left Lady Mechanika after she had embarked on a journey to find the "Mechanical Girl." What she finds instead are the Cirque du Romani -- and not all of them are the nicest people. In fact, the Lady gets into a bit of an altercation with one of the members of the Cirque du Romani, which you can see for yourself in the four-page preview below.

Have you been looking forward to the release of the third issue of Lady Mechanika? What do you think of the series so far? If you're new to the book, but like what you see, be sure to visit your local comic shop to pick up the first two issues.
