Exclusive Preview: HULK #5

So is the series any good or should I pass on it?

Very nice, there's a notable difference already in Duggan's writing compared to Waid's one. A lot more fun and action from Hulk rather than Banner in this preview alone than most of Waid's run. And it's cool to see Duggan pick up on one of PAD's storylines of Hulk going after Gamma bombs and Gamma energy sources. But is Hulk killing all those soldiers? Killing isn't his usual MO unless Doc Green has less morals.

Man Bagley has been really underwhelming on his art lately

I don't get it - why Hulk will go after his gamma-friends after this?

I am really impressed so far. I really want Hulk to be a good ongoing once again after the major disappointment from Waid in the end. Also I really hope that Duggan writes a better Hulk than a Deadpool.

So Hulk ha Banner's mind, who wants to remove all gamma technology...by killing everyone involved with gamma technology other than himself. JEEZ, take the gosh darn gamma!

Might actually pick up Hulk with this.

Everytime I see a preview for this book it's always Hulk blowing sh!t up.

Good luck to the new writer...From the first pages seems interesting...I only wonder(with the exception of Bruce Jones) since Peter David left the title in 1998 no writer can stay long on Hulk's title...I want an establish writer that stay in the title for years like Bill Mantlo and Peter David....Greg Pak should be the new David (he sterted with 2 dynamites-Planet Hulk&World war Hulk)but later some didn't like his stories with the incredible Hulks....(and Skaar and Hiro-Kala e.t.c.)...I hope Duggan will exorcise the short staying curse on the title....

I hope Bruce has an awesome under cut now. :O It's kind of what the new Hulk's hair looks like.

Shouldn't it be Alpha Hulk?.... Waid really mess that up >.< The Omega Hulk would be the runt of all the Hulks.

So banner is no longer in control of hulk then? if not then how ever did he manage to kill those soldiers, unless banner allowed him to?
