EXCLUSIVE: 4-Page Preview of BLUE BEETLE #6

La Dama has captured Blue Beetle; what's in store for our brave blue hero?

What happens when Jaime Reyes faces off against an adversary who desperately wants to use his scarab for evil? If you've been keeping up with Blue Beetle's self-titled ongoing series then you know that Reyes is presently in a pretty sticky situation and has been captured by La Dama.

La Dama wants nothing more than to take Jaime down and take his scarab, but will our blue hero get out of the mess in one piece? DC Comics has provided Comic Vine with an exclusive look at four pages from the 6th issue of the current series written by writer Tony Bedard. IG Guara and J.P. Mayer team up for the art in this issue which hits store shelves on February 15th, 2012. What do you think of the story so far? Check out the preview below.

== TEASER ==

Jaime Reyes has been captured by La Dama and her powerful magicks, and she wants the scarab, no matter the cost. Will he be able to fight off the nightmares she throws at him, or will he succumb to her power?

Love this series

I still miss and prefer the old Blue Beetle series, I miss the more uplifting tone and the focus on his strong and supportive friends and family. But that being said, I still have to admit that while this book is totally different from the last one, it's still a good series that deserves to stick around.

Why is he fighting the red lantern version of judge dredd?

Really liking Blue Beetle so far. I sure hope this can keep away from being cancelled. But everyone tends to stick to the big names like Batman, Superman, etc. and forgets the smaller ones.

I wonder if he'll join the teen titans like before.

i like his version of the fantasy. its classy.
