Every Zombie Death From AMC's The Walking Dead Season 1

Should we start feeling sorry for them?

Remember when AMC's The Walking Dead used to be on? I've been having withdrawls since this past Sunday was the first without a new episode since the show started. It's too bad the first season only lasted six episodes. It's understandable as the show's creators and the network had to see what the demand would be.

If you've been missing the show like I have, you can check out this nice, but short, video clip containing every single zombie death from the show. There's most likely spoilers if you haven't watched it.

Feels a little short, doesn't it? Hopefully we'll have more in the second season. If anything, this shows that The Walking Dead is about more than just zombies. It's about the survival of the characters.

I counted 44 zombie deaths (give or take a few because of the scenes with multiple people shooting)

That's what I like about the show. It's about zombies, but not really.

I have some issues with the fact that I have to wait a year for the next season, but think how much  Robert Kirkman  is making from this delay? That is genius mixing with insanity.

I don't know I counted about 43 or so zombie kills. That's kind of alot to me.

Just shows how good the show is. The zombie deaths feel neither too sparse nor do they feel overbearing.

@rupertbollinger: Way more people are watching the show than reading the comic, sadly.

Ah! Now that's good work! The skulls... the bodies... you give it all such a glow! I don't know if it's art, but I like it!

@Bruce Vain:  While 43 kills is nothing to scoff at, this is an entire season of zombie killing.  Movies like dawn of the dead or zombieland had at least that many kills and those last only a couple of hours.

I don't really think we should sorry for every Zombie kill. Those people were at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

However, if that's not the case, then this is what actually happened:

That is true. I'm guessing it's because the comic is in black-and-white, and the TV Show has good acting and a better outlook on the story line.
