Ah I see, I guess it does make some sense then.
Thank you, I don't know how many topics I've seen with the artwork for Dejah Thoris and people complaining about her being drawn the way she is and then when they are told about the original text they just ignore it. Hell in one of the topics by one of the staff they said they won't even open the book because of the cover. I mean seriously if you're that offended by a comic book cover you probably shouldn't be reviewing comic books.

The original novels, in them no one on Mars wore clothes. So in that essence the Dynamite version is sticking slightly to its original text.

why are all those chicks so ... unclothed? I mean they seem to be the warrior type yet they wear near nothing at all. Fabric must cost a lot in their comic universe :P
I feel the same way, I mean seriously how much more slutty can they make Dejah Thoris, that poor girl has yet to have an outfit cover enough so that she wouldn't be arrested in the real world.  Its like a las vegas strip club dressing room exploded in the offices of Dynamite.

That sounds like something I may be interested in.

Also isn't JUNGLE GIRL a Dynamite Entertainment book?  Has that been cancelled or something?

I actually enjoyed that first issue of the Dresden comics. I havent had the chance to actually read the novels, but the comics have certainly made me want to start reading the books.

I feel the same way, I mean seriously how much more slutty can they make Dejah Thoris, that poor girl has yet to have an outfit cover enough so that she wouldn't be arrested in the real world.  Its like a las vegas strip club dressing room exploded in the offices of Dynamite.
