That was a supporting role, and before it Mr. Batista took many acting lessons. I was honestly surprised by how well he did. Mr. Johnson on the other hand has been in many movies and proven he cannot act.

Then the writer of that issue obviously didn't do their research. New 52, he doesn't turn into Shazam unless he wants to, he can't turn into him accidentally, he has to want to switch when he says the name.

He is obviously going to be Martian manhunter. Wrestlers love being green people. Jokes.

I still think from a marketing perspective having Rock play BA is a waste.

So, I definitely think he looks more the part of Black Adam. But I think he could totally nail the child mind of Billy/Shazam. I am really torn on this.

Aw yeah! Back Adam! As a villain then becomes more of an anti hero at the end of the movie and then.........a solo movie!!!!! Or at least be in the other Shazam movies or justice league or something. Back Adams awesome :)

If he plays heel like he did in the wwe he could pull of a black adam personality. He was always able to be smug and arrogant and intimidating at the same time. Would fit black adam perfectly.

You question my example as if something is wrong with it, yet you provide no case against it.

The Rock looks more like Black Adam but his personality would make him more like Captain Marvel.

I wouldn't mind seeing him as Shazam because I'm one of those people that can't see The Rock as Black Adam.

Also, to be honest: Channing Tatum should've been Shazam.

It would be a crime if he didn't choose Black Adam. He looks perfect.

I think it's because Rock is so busy anyway, he likely wouldn't be able to stick with one series, aside from Fast and Furious. Besides, if the character is well-recieved, given his anti-heroic personality, having Adam return wouldn't be out of the question. He could even help Shazam down the road, ala Barbosa returning to help Will, Jack, and Elizabeth.

Wasn't that the case even when he was Captain Marvel? He still had to say Shazam, didn't he?
