And I can only think of once, maybe twice where he lost to batman? Whereas all others have been either Bane dominating and Batman forced to escape or distract him, or it being a very close draw.

And like the other guy said, if Bane actually needed Venom to stand up here, then all the regular humans like BATMAN, Nightwing, Harley, Catwoman and Joker are SCREWED.

I never claimed that they were outright worthless,after all both Animal Man and Swamp Thing have acclaimed runs by Morrison and Moore,I was referring to public perception,DC's success at handling their properties etc.In that regard yes Batman wipes the floor with those guys and to the company that's all that matters cause they're looking to make money,it's a business first and foremost.

Yeesh, some of those Wonder Woman moves were brutal. I hope that wasn't Catwoman's face she was beating to a pulp with a club.

REALLY, now? Is that why all of his biggest feats and threats have been WITHOUT Venom, while the VERY FEW TIMES he was ON venom, he was relatively easy to deal with due to cutting the venom tubes being a huge glaring weakness?

He's already a big threat without venom, he's nearly superhuman by DEFAULT. All venom does is give him a little boost so he goes into "Barely superhuman", but with countless drawbacks. Hence why he stopped using venom after like...his very first appearance.

What makes him a big threat is that he's an equal to Batman in almost every way, both mentally and physically, only that Batman has an edge with gadgets and resources, while Bane has an edge in physical prowess due to having a naturally larger build, and being more brutal.

Obviously this isn't canon to New 52 even though there's a lot of nods to it, i.e. Superman in new suit vs. Doomsday obviously never having made an appearance yet in the current order. Batman vs. Bane has so many red flags with it, its not even funny. Its easy to break the Bat when the Bat was exhausted after days and days of getting Arkham inmates. Much different when he's rested and at the top of his game.

Oh........and theres always going to be hate directed towards those others feel envious of, thats price you pay for being on top and Batman is def. on top.

Case in point: Best creative team (by far!), most "realistic" villians, hes a freaking armored ninja for criminy's sake!, money, toys, ladies, mansions, a butler (i think, please no spoilers lol....i havent read the latest one yet, been working on my own stuff thats coming soon to a comic shop near you woot! if i can write fast enough that is. I digress..) planes, boats, batarangs, bibbles and bobbles of all varieties and colors, did i mention hes a trained killer/ninja/tactical genius? All that and hes got the MOST bad-ass kicking lil' ninja/trained killer/prodigy/scariest 10 year old son EVER....i'm leaving out alot but you guys get what im trying to say.

Let the rebuffs and rebuttles flow in, Batman can take it and then some. Fact of the matter is that as much as we'd like to see Bats battle T'achalla and Wolvie and tons of others, (personally i'd like to see a Ninjak VS Batman battle myself) it will always be speculative on who wins so the answer is BATMAN ALWAYS WINS!!!!Case closed...........
