The original graphic novel is now in paperback! Twenty-five years ago Tom’s father, Wilson Taylor, devised his subversive literary masterpiece. Now the blueprint of how a father gave his son vast power in order to accomplish a greater scheme is revealed. Partly told through Wilson’s own journal entries, juxtaposed with Tommy’s swashbuckling deep sea adventures with his trusty companions Peter and Sue, the story is at once a prequel and a parallel story to the ongoing series.

Anybody know when the Marvel solicits come out?

I'm guessig sensation comics is going to be mainly a wonder woman title, as it was the title she first appeared in

Posted by JSAVen

With TOM TAYLOR, basically, Earth 2, is a new superman comic

From Bad to Worse....

Posted by LCazT1996

I'm really still not sold on this new direction for the Justice League... I'm only giving it through the "Injustice League" arc before I drop the book if I don't like it...

As for everything else:

  • Multiversity - yay!
  • Earth-2/Worlds' Finest - *sigh* I need to buy a crossover now? Oi vey.
  • Looking forward to Flash, JLU, Futures End, Batman Eternal, Batman, Teen Titans, Superman, etc.
  • Okay so they're cancelling a bunch of books just in time for the 5 Years Later event, so I'm guessing obviously several new series will be launching in October (duh). We know at least one is going to be Earth-2: Worlds End. Maybe Booster Gold, Cyborg, and a few others?
  • Really surprised Birds of Prey is ending, but maybe that'll mean a new role for Black Canary in other series? (Like Green Arrow maybe...?)

More likely than not in order to make way for Earth-2: Worlds End and two new series to premiere in October.

Wow. Sensation Comics. The fan boys have been crying for 3 years. They will finally be appeased.

Posted by Theorder14

Original Huntress!!

C'mon, Cassie Cain next pls

Posted by Fastestmanalive

A lot of nice covers.

Things look to be shaking up majorly in August.

Earth 2 situation looks........interesting.

Personally excited for Superman Doomed continuation. Grayson surprisingly looks good. Sinestro, Aquaman and the others and Batman/Superman looks cool as well.

Uhgh!! that JRJR Superman art still looks atrocious. I'll give it a chance cuz its Superman but I don't have much hope.

And Simon Baz is back. Hate that guy. Also once again we are getting the "biggest" Green Lantern event ever.

Posted by 2cool4fun

The Multiverse, multiple universes can always be confusing, and with Grant Morisson...I have a feeling this will need 200% of my concentration to be understood.

Future End Cover looks so SICK!! :D

Man Really digging the Flash Story

Can't wait for that Aquaman, the cover looks AMAZING

New Sucide Squad LOOKS SO COOL, just happy Deathstroke has a comic to appear in regularly again, not to mention that Deathstroke + Deadshot in 1 comic = MEGA WIN. ( tho Harley & Jokers daughter together is weird )

THAT CONSTANTINE COVER!!

Really Ann is STILL on Catwoman?

Wonder Woman...is getting a new comic :O...AWESOME!! ( even if it is a Digital First )

Posted by cagedleo730

Yes Batwing is canceled. It was on life support since Jimmy and Justin came on.

Neither Bertinelli nor Wayne were the first Huntress. That was Paula Brooks who was renamed Tigress.

Low sales, most likely.

Also. Awesome that Wonder woman is FINALLY getting a second book.

Plus its called Sensation comics. How cool is that???

Edited by The_Tree

Looking most forward to Multiversity, Green Arrow, Red Lanterns, and Grayson.

Also, it's nice to see more Baz.

Wow! I'm pumped by Sensational comics. Never hurts a little more Wonder Woman :)

Posted by Brione

Catwoman better watch her ass or Wonderwoman is gonna whoop it. It's pretty obvious that Batman/Superman writer Greg Pak isn't following the events of Batman Eternal or else he'd realize that Catwoman is about to become the queen-pin of crime in Gotham (as seen in Batman #28) so he shouldn't have Superman working with her. It also confirms that Pak doesn't plan on ever tying anything into Batman continuity and Batman/Superman is basically now just another Superman book that Batman happens to be in.

All the Bat covers are great this month especially Batman and Robin and Detective.

I'm definitely hype for Multiversity.

Multiversity! Sensational Comics!

But...DC Universe Selfie variant covers???

Anybody know when the Marvel solicits come out?

Probably Friday.

SOOO MANY GOOD Looking covers Specially Constantine. Reminiscent of Hellblazer!!

And Ann Nocenti is still on Catwoman and I continue to not read it.

Looks like this could be the issue where things start to go wrong for not only Batwoman herself but hers and Maggie's relationship,

Superman, Action Comics, Superman/Wonder Woman, Superman Doomed, Justice League, Batman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Green Arrow, Batman/Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman & Robin, Grayson, Batman Eternal, The New 52: Future's End, Supergirl, Superboy, Detective Comics, Red Hood & The Outlaws, Batgirl, GLC, New Guardians, Sinestro, Earth 2, Secret Origins, Teen Titans, Phantom Stranger, Smallville Season 11, The Batman Beyond Universe, & Injustice Year Two. I might pick up Multiveristy, JLU and the Sensational Wonder Woman.

I'm looking forward to see what happens in Johns & Romitas Jr run on Superman, & seeing how Superman Doomed turns out. I'm curious what the next Batman story is going to be, & I'm wondering what the next big Green Lantern event is. & it looks like we'll be seeing more Simon Baz in Green Lantern. I'll be honest, I want to see more of him in the future. He's an interesting character. & I can't wait to see what is in store for the Flash & Green Arrow. & It's nice to see what Jessica Cruz looks like. Looking forward to seeing Lex & Captain Cold in the Justice League.

Wasn't Superman Unchained solicited last month or something? I really want to see how that story ends. From what I read, it's freaking great!

Daaang. Jeff Lemire is killing it on Green. Arrow!

Will Pfiefer is back on Red Hood and the Outlaws? I thought Lobdell was?

Where's Swamp Thing ?

Futures End sounds like it may get even better!

Is Multiversity going to have to do with the Earth 2 book and be a prequel to Futures End? I'm confused..

Posted by kennybaese

WHO THE HELL IS WRITING RED HOOD? A different person every month? Jeez.

@transformers1024: I'm pretty sure it's its own thing. It plays with the other parallel earths.

Hey! Everybody who wasn't paying attention- Sensation Comics Featuring Wonder Woman is a digital first non-canon series with a rotating creative team, similar to the recent Legends of the Dark Knight and Adventures of Superman.
