Green Lantern is the only non stupid looking one. Also I see red hair on Flash... if they think they can just stick him in 3000 and not have to worry about him in the main universe I'm going to be very sad.

Those character designs are awful. And did no one learn anything from Marvel 2099?

There are so many better places to put the Justice Leauge vis-a-vis alternate universes, new characters on other planets, etc. But, this is basically one of the most unoriginal ideas in comics; "lets take the same characters and put them IN THE FUTURE!!!"

Superman's "S" looks more like an eight, I don't like that...

Otherwise, the rest of the designs and the concept are interesting.

I think Flash looks pretty gnarly but this seems something that would fit into a Mortal Kombat theme.

Supes looks fine costume wise but he's got that weird hair, he looks like Dante the demon killer. Batman's armor just looks like it's trying to be dark and brutal while invoking Batman Beyond, but the red in the beyond outfit was much more subdued. This just looks like a weird alternate evil batman armor. Which it might be.

Otherwise I like everyone else. Wonder Woman looks great, Flash could use some more yellow but still good, and I just love that Green lantern.

Speculation says that the red-headed Flash is Wally West and that the Wonder Woman is Donna Troy.

I hope the Green Lantern is John Stewart, Rex Stewart, or another descendant of the Stewart line.

Also, I like that the team is only 5 strong. IMO, team books can only spotlight six characters well at most. And I think 5-6 characters is the ideal number for a team book that only has 20 pages of story every month. My favorite issue of Johns' Justice League is issue 9, which only features 6 characters.

My guess would be:

Mon-El, Dick (sent to the future), Donna (as a 31st century native), Wally (as a 31st century native), and John Stewart.

This could be an unofficial return of the Titans.

I'm very excited for this book based on the creative team, roster (if that's a Stewart), and gimmick, but I hope this is not just some excuse to create a future crossover like JLA was created for.

They look kind of bad-ass to me.

Love the concept and it would be great for Terry to be in this as well, hopefully they'll write it as "Justice League 3K" :P

Flash: The bandana makes me think of Hex with speed force influence.

GL: looks very Marvel-ish to me but I love the design.

The ONLY design I like is Green Lantern. It's got a mysterious, almost mystical, look to it which I think fits greatly since originally Green Lantern was magic based. Anyway, the hood and tattered cape are awesome. Really gives the impression of some kind of ghost which also gives a creepy feel. Not that Green Lantern is supposed to be creepy, but given how varied the concept of a Green Lantern can be it works here.

Could be cool, gotta wait for some preview art and more details, but as of now, could be cool.

Even though I believe this is a mistake they should have that as Donna and Wally. Also this was a good time to add a female GL without doing something dumb like adding another GL in present time.

They're all okay, except Superman's hair. That hair looks silly.

So... is this supposed to be Clark, Diana, Bruce, etc. just set in the year 3000? Or is it actually the future of the New 52 universe and these characters are descendants/replacements? I need details!

Also, when I think about future-DC, I like to think about the Batman of the Future/Batman Beyond time period. That feels futuristic enough.

Going one thousand years into the future seems like way too much. Surely technology would have advanced so much that super heroes just wouldn't function the same, but looking at those images seems to indicate the Justice League wouldn't be all that different.

...I'm probably putting way too much thought into this. Like I said, I need details!

Green Lantern looks cool. Sounds interesting. I'll keep an eye on this.

My biggest problem here is that Wonder Woman is drawn really poorly. I don't mean the costume, I mean certain elements of the artist's style itself are making her look downright bizarre. She reminds me of an old stripper past her prime or something to that effect. Hopefully that's just an issue with the art in that concept image being sort of sub-par.

I like the designs for the most part, although Flash seems to be taking a leaf out of Grifter's book and GL looks like a glowing Ragman.
