DC All Access Gives First Look at 'Green Arrow: Brick'

Take a look at Green Arrow: Brick and a whole lot more.

Last week, we gave you an exclusive look at a DC All Access video featuring Director Jeff Medniknow discussing Green Arrow: Brick. Today, DC Entertainment released a longer look at the DC Nation short, an interview with Peter Tomasi about ROBIN RISES: OMEGA #1, an interview with Alec Siegel and Kyle Higgins about the BATMAN BEYOND digital comic, and a talk with Yuko Shimizu, the cover artist for THE UNWRITTEN: APOCALYPSE.

the short looks like fun and Robin Rises sounds fun too...I guess I need to catch up on the Batman and...title

I like Eric Mathews but his voice doesn't fit GA. Also not to fond of the look nor the talking bow.

Either way I'll keep my eye out for it.

yet another Robin? wtf DC........ There's going to be a supply line army of them at this point. This is the type of thing the reboot should have taken care of.........

I wonder if they're going to include this idea in the Arrow TV show. =P

A... talking...bow

It made you all a quiver, didn't it? ;)

Hm I wonder if DC are just going to do all shorts now instead of doing actual carton shows

@jonny_anonymous: Maybe they're testing the waters with more animated shorts? That's what I would like to think

Edited by Jonny_Anonymous

@jphu8414: Well none of the past shorts has resulted in anything

...I can't really say I liked it.

The animation is pretty bad (but what cartoon can't you say that for anymore?) and the character designs will take some getting used to. But otherwise I'm really liking this so far.

I would never shun a DC cartoon before watching it, because unlike the comics they still make an actual attempt to be entertaining.

...really now? a talking bow?

I like the talking bow.

Are you people really complaining about a talking bow?

Edited by MrGutts

This looks Terrible. They could do so much better.

Posted by feedonatreefrog

talking bow is awesome. I hope they incorporate that into the main canon.

I'm calling it now. Phantasm will be his girlfriend Dana. Bruce is somehow involved which causes his split from both of them.

I have no problem with the talking bow but Oliver seems too hyper and I hate Black Canary design. Don't even get me started on that hair

I don't even read the series and this sounds right. A very common trick, always have the mystery character be someone that we've seen and not just some random dude,

Kind of like how in Naruto Tobi was obito.

Remember the time when comic book shows were actually good. I am referring to the old days of the original Batman: The animated series, Justice League, Unlimited, Superman :the animated series, the X-man series form the same era, Spiderman. Now we have these series, that are well, ehhhhh. The only exception I can think of is Young Justice.

why not just do miniseries instead of these shorts? no commitment to full seasons so not spending a lot of money and we as fans get full stories. it could be like the super friends show back in the 80s where you could have 2-3 stories in one episode showcasing several characters in solo or team stories

@feedonatreefrog: I hope not. I like Green Arrow to be a more grounded character in a world of comic book fun. A talking bow is really stupid and not true to his character I think.

@dernman:

in the new 52 that means batman has had how many robins in just 6 years. what happen to "bluebird"
