Comic Vine Week in Review: 7/30/12

Here's what has been of interest around the 'Vine.

It's the beginning of a new week so what better way to start things off than to look back over the last one? We love looking at data of there is plenty to look at around here. Here are the most viewed pages for the past seven days. This shows what you guys have been interested in. Last week I highlighted the top five. I've been thinking about dong the top ten but thought that might be too much. Then I decided, why not look at the top seven? Reminds me of those old "Lucky Seven" videos we used to do.

Here's last week's data if you want to compare.

Top Seven Viewed Comic Characters

  1. Batman
  2. Spider-Man
  3. Bane
  4. Superman
  5. Catwoman
  6. Hulk
  7. Deadpool

Batman holds onto the top slot, which is no surprise. Nor is seeing Bane move up as well as Catwoman. Deadpool fell some and strangely Hulk is moving up.

Heck yeah for a month of Batman!

Is Batman taller than Bane in the movie? just asking.

Posted by Falconer

@Xarom4: Have... have you not seen it?!

Anyway. They clearly use some movie magic tricks in some scenes to make him seem bigger than Tom Hardy actually is. He's 5'10", while Christian Bale is two inches taller.

@Xarom4: Yeah, they never give you a good clear shot to compare their size and always make bane look taller than he actually is.

Bane sucked.

@weaponx: I think he was great until the end. Him not being the only man to escape hell. Being the "trogg" and then to be taken out of the movie by a catwoman on a bike? Wasnt a huge fan of that at all. TDNR Bane was till better than the gawd awful bane from "Batman and Robin"

Bane was freaking awesome in TDKR!

Batman is king again.

For the video category is it how many times the video is played or how many visits to the article/page?

Not in the box office wars, he isn't. Nyahahaha! Ok, he's leading the charts now but we all know fanboys only care about how he fares against Avengers and/or its predecessor TDK... And with that as the measuring device, he ain't reigning. Nyahahahahaha!

Why am I laughing, I'm a DC fanboy..... FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
