Comic Book Question of the Week Results: GREEN ARROW vs. HAWKEYE

Does the Comic Vine community love the Emerald Archer or Clint's solo book more? Come find out!

Thanks to a few undeniable similarities, there has always been a "who's cooler?" or "who's better?" debate between the Big Two's famous archers. But this latest Comic Book Question of the Week wasn't about that at all. Instead, this week I decided to praise how both characters have their own phenomenal books. Matt Fraction and David Aja have crafted a hysterical, heartwarming and refreshingly fun experience with their new take on Clint's life. Meanwhile, Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino have completely redeemed Ollie's solo book in The New 52, giving it a grand scope, beautifully unique visuals and a gripping story line. Both certainly warrant praise, but at the end of the day, it's clear which one the Comic Vine community prefers.

With over 400 votes, Fraction and Aja's book took 43%. To be fair, they've had more time with the title, so it's possible this could be a far closer race down the road. Lemire/Sorrentino's series earned 34% and "I can't pick! They're both superb!" soaked up 12% of the votes. For some reason beyond me, 11% aren't reading either. Tsk tsk.
