The Netflix series, Luke Cage, has found their showrunner. According to Variety, Cheo Hodari Coker has been named executive producer and showrunner for the 2016 Netflix series. Coker is known for his work on Southland and Ray Donovan.
Coker joins the growing series which recently cast Mike Colter as the show's star, Luke Cage, and Colter is to also appear in the Jessica Jones series as well.
In addition to showrunning and executive producing, Coker will also be writing the first two episodes of the show.
Luke Cage is expected to hit Netflix in 2016.
