Battlestar Galactica is ending but the franchise will continue!
Esai Morales and Eric Stoltz in Caprica.Are there any BSG fans out there? Sci Fi Channel has announced that they will go ahead with the spinoff series that is set 50 years before the Cylons attack. What I think will make this interesting is we will be seeing the birth of the Cylons.
It looks like they will be producing 18 hours plus the 2 hour pilot. The show is set to premiere sometime in 2010. Esai Morales will be Bill Adama's father. Eric Stoltz will be a wealthy capitalist. I'll be interested to see how a BSG prequel will do.
Im stoked for this to start. Even more though I am stoked for the final season of BSG to start. I love that they are commited to wrapping. This has been the best SCI-FI series I've ever seen.
