It was a year ago DC Entertainment launched their campaign to fight hunger in the Horn of Africa. Today they have announced the continuation along with new incentives to those that participate in the fight.
DC's "We Can Be Heroes" has been raising awareness and funds for the hunger crisis and has already surpassed their two-year goal of $2 million. A new initiative will offer fans limited-edition incentives for contributing to the cause.
In an article at USA Today, it was revealed that through May 7, Batman will be the main focus in the incentives for the first phase. Through Indiegogo, you can donate money and choose your incentive. You'll have to act fast as some (like BATMAN AND ROBIN #18, signed by Peter Tomasi) are already sold out. Other items include an exclusive Batman lithograph signed by Gary Frank and the chance to get drawn into a Batman graphic novel. Contributions are even tax deductible.
Check out Indiegogo or USA Today for more information.
