Is there any way of knowing when the debugged version would come out? I'd probably ask for the game for Christmas so would that be enough time for the cleaner PC version to come out? Also thanks for the advice and comments about the PC version although my laptop isn't a specialised gaming one so I don't think it'll get the full benefit of the game :P

Well, when Arkham City first came out on the PC, it was filled with bugs and glitches that rendered the game into anything but playable. They did fix those bugs however and the updated version came out in early 2012. I'm not saying that 'Arkham Knight' would also follow the same trend of having atrocious PC Ports upon release but, it's better to be safe than sorry.

About the requirements, I'm sorry to say that this game would require tremendous resources to run optimally. Or at least, that's what it looks like. My Laptop has an NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M Graphics Processor. It's not top-o-the-line but it can run games like Tomb Raider (2013), Far Cry 3, Assassin's Creed 4 on mid-high settings whilst dishing out smooth frame-rates. And I don't think that it can even come close to running Arkham Knight.

Damn that's some high level requirements you have. I don't know my laptop's spec that well but even so I know it doesn't come close to what your specs are. And the fact you've said your laptop won't come close to be able to run Arkham Knight is a definite sign that my laptop won't either. And I simply cannot afford to upgrade my laptop or buy a next gen console just to play one game. Dilemmas, dilemmas. How are you going to play it then?

@lvenger: Well, you can check your Laptop's specs. Go to Control Panel/Device Managers. Then double-click on Display Adapters. It should tell you what kind of GPU your Laptop has. Then maybe, we can determine whether it will run the game or not.
I am saving up and working extra to buy an Alienware 18. It's a high-performance Laptop by Dell that is basically a couple hundred times more powerful than a next-gen console. It's expensive but it will run any game, for the next 3 years or so, on ultra/very high.
And it will last me at least 5 years or so.

@darkazrael999: I'm on the Control panel but I can't find the Display Adapters option at all. Do you know which part of the Control panel it's in?

Go to Control Panel. There should be an option called Device Manager. Click on that.
A table should pop-up. There you should have the Display Adapter option.

Oh. I think your Control Panel view is set to 'Category'. Go to the upper right-hand part of the screen first and then set the view option to 'Large Icons'.

@punyparker: I think the old cars on the bridge are part if a flash back after all tommy Elliot killed his parents as a kid on a bridge so it could be a flash back to say the early 80s. But why are there cars from the 70s in modern day. It could be a flash back to something else.

Also see the people on the bridge?!....the guy is wearing a 60's fedora hat,and the kid is dressed like a 70's kid.......they're mixing up stuff...

Can't wait... I'm gonna go beat Origins, City and Asylum a few more times lol.

Why does this still have Arkham in the title?

There's going to be a new villain called the "Arkham Knight." Also, it's the franchise name.

I like harleys new look a lot better though he arkham asylum outfit was pretty awesome too

But her face has been different each game! What's wrong with her hair? And this outfit actually isn't showing her undergarments!

And if her removal of the Joker tattoo on her right arm has anything to do with the story than I assume she's moved on but still honors him. Or maybe she had that baby after all.

Um...did you expect her to just cry for a straight year? She's probably refocused her efforts on something more constructive...like killing Batman. I actually kind of like her new outfit and I'm assuming her face looks different because they probably got a different person to do her motions than in the last game.

Harley probably looks different because it's a CGI trailer. I like it better personally. She looks more like a realistic girl and not a demented looking doll like in previous games. And in one of the videos it said she's back with a vengeance against Batman. She's still insane as ever, just not as broken as she was in Harley Quinn's Revenge. She had like a year to recover. Penguin looks different in the trailer too compared to an actual screenshot from the game. In sure once we get gameplay footage of her than she won't look as strange to people.

@punyparker: The tattoo that is just above the middle of her upper right arm in Arkham City. Unless it has been strategically covered by her shirt's sleeve, I believe it's gone.

Edit: Nevermind, the picture of her in the pre-order picture (which I think is just a painting) has sleeves that don't extend longer than the one in the CGI, so I think I just went full retard. >.<

I really hope she still has all her tattoos and we just can't see it in the trailer. And does anyone else think the actual screenshot looks better than the CGI trailer?

I swear the 'movies' that people make and upload to youtube from these Arkham games are better than the one's we see in the theaters.
