It should have been Jason Todd because Batgirl can only throw batarangs and stuff so she would basically be a girl batman who couldn't do anything he can't but Jason as guns that would make him an entirely different character

sweet another bat's character very few really want to play as. Come on DC spice it up a bit and give the comic fans who aren't only supes and bats fans something to get excited about.

i say be happy theres DLC at all. Batgirl will most likely be very fun to play as like all other characters, and you shouldnt automatically assume she's a terrible character just because your favorite guy wasnt included (yet). Scorpion i kinda agree with, but Zod could be different. Everyone originally said Sinestro will be just like Green Lantern, and Black Adam will be just like SHAZAM, and theyre all different and unique. I doubt after making them all so unique, they'll just make Zod exactly like Superman. Don't say their terrible or the same just because your favorite isnt announced yet.

Extremely dissapointed if its true, I dont get Netherealms fascination with making virtually identical characters.. Variate god dammit, im still waiting for a magic user to main (Zatanna or Circe), and arguably one of the most popular requests and important characters Martian Manhunter is still not in, what about Swamp Thing?

Now I'm glad I didn't buy the season pass. What happened to the rumor that the 4 characters were Lobo, Martian Manhunter, Black Canary and Captain Cold? That's worth it, Batgirl and General Zod are just bad choices, even tho they'd be really good skins. Scorpion on the other hand is just unnecessary

Batgirl would be fun. A red Lantern would be a great addition as well. Also Hal as a yellow lantern.

SPOILER ALERT... its Zod and Scorpion which is so stupid. im ok with Zod but i think they could have done better for both choices

personally i would have liked to see Black Manta, Beast Boy, Martian Manhunter and Black Canary. they all have a different power set then the current playables. and almost everyone know who they are, certainly more then they know Killer Frost

I'm happy to see Batgirl, but hope she comes with a Stephanie Brown or Cassandra Cain skin. I would have rather seen Black Canary... Sonic attacks are really cool and they could have just used the mechanics from Sindel.

I have no idea! I turned on my 360 yesterday and there was an update for the Injustice Game, but I'm not sure what it is.One thing's for sure it had nothing to do with Batgirl.

@uncanny_doom, I agree. Plus the only similarities Bats has with Scorpion is both are great H2H martial art fighters, otherwise entirely different. One uses gadgets, grappling hooks. The other uses a rope and a Kunai attached. Entirely different weapon...and swords(then you have the magical powers that Batman of course doesn't have) If anything Bionic Commander character from MVC3 is a Batman/Scorpion/Cyborg like character with grappling hooks and he even says "Get Over Here" lol

I just read on another site that's all rumors(not 100% confirmed) but we'll see. They still could add more then 4 given what Boon said last week in an interview.

i don't know i think it's not just 1 person who has seen this..., I mean it was on XBOX live not just some pic over internet - that's what i heard

Better characters would have been :

• Beast Boy
• Martian Manhunter
• Plastic Man
• Mirror Master

All of those characters would have brought something fresh and new to the table. Beast Boy's various animal transformations would spice things up, as he slithers into a snake to avoid attacks, a gorilla as a heavy attack, and a bird to jump, etc. Martian Manhunter has PLENTY of abilities to make the character interesting. Plastic Man's elastic ability would also make his character goofy and funny. Mirror Master's mirror function in the game would have been magnificent.

Batgirl? The same thing as Nightwing and Batman. Lazy.

Zod? The same thing as Superman. Lazy.

Scorpion actually isn't that bad. I love Scorpion. Lobo looks interesting, but may be end up just as an aggressive Superman.

This is awesome news! Batgirl freaking owns. I would have prefered Red Robin, but I'll take it. I know this ins't a Batman only games. It's not my fault he is the best part of DC though.

no, unfortunately i am convinced that Lobo, Batgirl, Zod and Scorpion are gonna be the DLC - and i am so F***** dissapointed!!

Everything pointed out that MMH is the DLC - silhouette, Ed Boon's unofficial vote, them saying here and there that if a character is requested than chances are VERY high of DLC and that DLC is mainly for the characters that fans wanted but didn't make it in the initial roster... MMH has won all the polls on internet for DLC - and always having about a 100 votes difference between him and the character coming second to him...

And now we get Batgirl (who lost poll to Supergirl and Power Girl) and is gonna be a Batman/Nightwing mix

Zod - who was usually wanted only as a Superman skin

and Scorpion who has nothing to do with DC :/

Martian F'KIN Manhunter! THAT's ALL I WANT! It's not like DC doesn't have other original good characters! I'll even name a few original/unique characters that I'd like to see: Firestorm, Starfire, Black Canary, Beast Boy, Plastic Or Elongated Man, Mirror Master, Vixen, Static or Black Lightning, Zatanna, Doctor Fate, Red Tornado, Poison Ivy & of course Martian Manhunter! But If I had to pick just one, it's my favorite martian; J'onn J'onnzz. It's not like he's not a bad or unpopular character, Boon knows ALOT of people want Detective John Jones... So why would we possibly get ZOD & the clone gang instead? ok... this is all BS... I hope so anyway.

EFF Batgirl, We already have Batman & Nightwing. We don't need Supergirl, Powergirl, Batgirl, Red Hood or any other clones! (Red Hood would most likely be a mix of Harley, Nightwing & Batman)

Whoever wants Cassandra Cain, well if this Batgirl rumor is true, then I'm sure we will get Cassie Cain & Stephanie Brown skins.

Lobo i agree with. Batgirl was a terrible decision. new skins are always fun. They shouldn't add scorpion, as this is a DC game. We already have enough Bat Characters, and i was pretty dissapointed that Joker's female clone took up a character slot. Same with GL and Sinestro. Shazam and Black Adam. Maybe they could add beast boy, or martian manhunter, or circe, or even cheshire!

iam hopeing they do a collectors one down the rode and hopefully they add supergirl and power girl and stephanie batgirl would be nice to.
