The Marvel Select figures always come in big packages. Unlike the recent Ant-Man figure we just looked at, this figure does have a base which calls for the large packaging. Here's a look at the side art and back.

The base is interesting and has a good amount of detail. As mentioned in the video, there aren't any pegs on it so you can place the figure wherever you want. At the same time, you have to be sure to balance it just right.

Does the figure capture Scarlett Johansson's likeness? We've seen some really bad-looking female figures so thankfully this one looks good.

Like the Ant-Man figure, this one has interchangeable hands. She comes with a gun and two shock batons. You have the option of having her hold both batons or the gun in either hand.

It's nice to see the belt is a separate piece of plastic rather than being molded to her body. You can slide it around a little and position it where you want.

The molded hair might be a concern for some. You have to like the style since this is all you get. The Marvel Legends Infinite (which I think I still haven't opened) had two different heads and hair styles.

I love the detail on her elbow pads and forearms. It's little things like this that make the costume look great.

Her boots have a solid heel to them. I'm assuming that makes them more practical? The articulation in the ankle also allows the figure to be positioned differently. Take a look at her boots and the base.

Marvel Select figures have always been pretty consistent. You know what you're going to get. They have a good amount of articulation. They might not have as much as some other lines but I always say too much articulation can sometimes take away from the look of the figure.

If you have the other Avengers figures, this will go great with them. You can compare this figure with the previous Marvel Select Black Widow we looked at HERE. You should be able to get the figure for around $20-25. But I have a feeling it could become difficult to find if you wait too long.

Let us know what you think of this figure and the video. We'll have another item featured next time.
