Ross may be a Hulk be he is NOT th strongest there is, that's Hulk's claim and he backs it up. But Colossus+Cyttorak> Red Hulk.

Well, under Loeb Ross did bungee-jumping from the moon all the way down to Earth, so it shouldn't be a problem.

I don't think Rulk saying "he's the strongest one there is" is all that much of a problem. He's beaten Hulk a few times, and he has also lost to him in return. Hulk might be stronger, but this isn't something that was published as fact: it's merely a boast to break your opponent's spirit. It happens all the time in fights. Hulk saying he's the strongest one there is, or Daredevil being the man without fear isn't fact either. Just another boast.

@Queen's Halo: I loved his work on Daredevil, Uncanny X-Men, Spider-Man and Iron Man. His work in recent years had admittedly been very weak in comparison, though.

Personally I detest Frazer Irving's artwork. He ruined Batman and Robin for me as well as the Return of Bruce Wayne. His pencils are odd and the inks are totally unsuitable for comic book art. You could argue that his art style fits better with a horror book but I just don't like his art at all.

The cover looks pretty dumb and to know what to expect from Marvel....DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
