Thought to be dead after a catastrophe at sea, Oliver Queen returns to Starling City a changed man, determined to fight injustice as a hooded vigilante who comes to be known as The Arrow. Based on DC Comics' Green Arrow franchise.
Here are a few that I have, though most of them are probably obvious:
Thea will become a villain under with Malcolm as her mentor
Laural will start to get some training from Ollie, as Season Two ended with a foreshadow of her becoming the new Black Canary, and possibly by the end of the season we'll see her possibly showcase some moves she's learned.
Flash and Green Arrow will have a crossover event where the two will have to team-up to defeat some big baddie...though they may wait and do this in a possible fourth season of Arrow, that way Flash's series can get the proper time to develop.
