Ever since Brandon Routh joined the cast of Arrow as Ray Palmer, there's been a ton of teasers about his future as a hero. From seeing a hologram of his costume's design to witnessing him test out some technology, the show has made it crystal clear this dude is going to step into a suit and do what he can to save the city. Heck, even Felicity is supporting his mission now. Well, the armor has finally been revealed and honestly, it's looking pretty cool.

He'll step into the suit during this season's 15th episode, "Nanda Parbat," and it'll air February 25. So, what do you think of the design, Viners? Do you think it's awesome and you're stoked to see it on the small screen or are you not a fan?

That is a really good costume. It is putting a lot of movie superhero costumes to shame (*cough, cough, Hawkeye, Black Widow, AoU Cap*).

Is the piece of clear glass meant to be a mask? I know the atom shrinks and all but he is not doing much to hide his identity

Looks like (MCU) Captain America and Iron Man's outfits had a baby, which is awesome. The jury's still out about the massive A, though.

Pretty cool. I wish they'd gone a bit more colorful though. Between Arrow, Flash, Man of Steel, and Gal Gadot Wonder Woman we've gotten a lot of really subdued colors. Being that Ray is such a fun character, I was hoping he'd break the trend.

Either way, I like the suit. They could have done a bit more with the mask (which just looks like a bike helmet), but I'm willing to wait to see it in action.

If only Arrow and Flash gave their villains cool costumes. It might help them break the trend of having interesting hero characters but incredibly boring villains.

I have to see it in action... It took awhile for the flashes forehead to grow on me and it still looks weird.

Cap's AOU costume is awesome. Hawkeye and Black Widows are pretty good as well not sure how this is shaming them.

That being said this costume looks solid not a fan of the riot screen helmet but other that I like it. Have to see how it looks like on the show though.

When I first saw the thumbnail, I thought this was for a X-O Manowar movie and got really excited. Then I realized it was Atom. Still pretty cool, though.

I agree. I like this costume, but I also would like to see more detail on the villain costumes for this universe. They do seem to add details for reoccurring villains each time they show up- ex. Deathstroke and Cpt Cold. However, first appearance costumes often aren't great.

That's what I've been asking. I haven't see anything that suggests he would.
