Arnim Zola became a pioneer genetic engineer and used his extensive knowledge and lack of morals as a member of the Nazi Party. It was he who cloned Adolf Hitler and then transferred his brain waves, thus creating the Hate-Monger. He also used his technology to allow himself to live for many years, up to modern days.
