And I think he's a great villian no matter what.  That is unless it's the Super Friends cartoon.  That is the one occasion when I'm actually ashamed of liking him as much as I do.

My favourite is Hush, Clayface (Basil Karlo) or Great White Shark

I'd have to say the Mad Hatter. You gotta love a man who loves Alice in Wonderland.

Poison Ivy is definitely one of my favorites... though Mr Freeze also has some amazing storylines

and yes, Bane has been incarcerated in Arkham several times
