    As suspected, the drop in quality of Randall's art was indicative of a backlog at DC. But that isn't a terrible thing as it turns out, because this issue features a reprint of the 15 page first appearance of Arak from Watlord 48, which many people didn't get to see. Additionally, both for reasons of expediency, and perhaps ego (Ernie Colon originally wanted to draw and ink the whole thing himself, but was overruled by DC who wanted a more 'traditional' style inker to reign him in stylistically),...
