I grabbed a screenshot of Aquaman in his new upcoming animated movie and changed his armor to look dark. Check it out! I would love if Aquaman changed his armor color. Green and orange is a strange combo. It most likely won't happen but he looks bad ass! I can understand that some people won't be into this dark armor. It may make Aquaman look like he has a dark personality but I like it.

There is a reason Aquaman has a bright color scheme. Underwater scenes are often shades of blue. Think about how gross it would look if he was wearing black amidst vibrant colors like the backgrounds.

That's a terrible look. The only time black ever worked for Aquaman is during Blackest Night. Not every character can pull off having an all black costume

Hahaha I knew some people wouldn't like it. I love Aquaman, he is my favorite DC character but orange and green is a weird color combo. DC will never officially change his outfit color but I stand by my preference.

The black suit just... doesn't feel right. While I'm not the biggest fan of the arc, I liked his costume in Flashpoint.

Yup, he also looked cool in blackest night. Not that the original is bad but on land orange and green looks "flashy".

I think his outfit could do with a change, but not to that. I've always thought a light shade of blue would look cool--almost silver. Maybe silver and a really light purple.

It would look as if he's trying to copy Batman or Black Manta. I always preferred the way it looked in Flashpoint.
