In the aftermath of “THE OTHERS,” who lives? Who dies? And what is the fate of the Atlantean relics?

The debut of the OCEAN MASTER!

This is probably the first appearance of Tula also in the new 52. The female guard is not identified but judging by body type and future issues it looks as if that is Tula. This is also the first reference to Garth as well. Arthur and Orm have a lengthy conversation. The Trench are released.
