The GoodHey what's up CV Community, sorry that it took me such lengths to review this book as I've been quite busy with other things relating to both, the world of comics and those that are not. However, I finally got ahold of The Trench and instead of doing reviews on all six of the issues, individually, I've decided to just review the whole book, in general. Aquaman Is Back! And Better! 0

Like most of the New 52 reads, this one was a very quick read, but this one was another fun read. DC Comics finally put together a story for Aquaman that improved his character and his surroundings. He is no longer the has-been hero. He can do more than just "talk" to fish and swim underwater. He has attitude and smarts. They improved his wife Mera too. I always was so-so with liking her as a character, but now they gave her a dark-side. In addition, she has great powers too. Also a question tha...

This was the first of the New 52 that I read. I hadn't been an Aquaman fan but I was eager to see how ridiculous he was made to be. I was really surprised to see how relevant they made him now. The dialogue of the characters even pokes fun at the perception that Aquaman is only good for talking to fish or whatever. I am very much impressed. Now Aquaman is one of my absolute favorite titles. And the art is amazing. If you are like me, even your favorite characters can be ruined with bad art, like...
