Part 2 of "The Other League"! As a deadly hunter continues his murderous quest for the Atlantean trident, an unknown chapter of Aquaman's life is revealed! Before he was a part of the Justice League, Aquaman was Arthur, the man from Atlantis, and leader of a mysterious team of adventurers. Geoff Johns has never hesitated to expand or clarify the history and mythology of certain characters. Aquaman #8 - The Others, Chapter Two by razzatazz on April 26, 2012

The story arc proceeds pretty much as could be expected here with an issue that drops off somewhat in tone after a pretty decent lead-in.  There is nothing really wrong with it either, as they have introduced a lot of characters and plot points and it will take a few issues to sort all of them out.  What is noteworthy here as usual with Johns' writing is that the characters as portrayed very strongly and with more depth than many elsewhere.  There is a little bit of confusion with the back and f...
