    Are you all this dense?

In terms of the two issues which preceded this in this unnamed story arc this one fairs better but still is pretty average overall.  With Arthur and Koryak returning to the village they find Dolphin dying from suffocation and Kako missing.  Kako story is explained a bit more but not without a lot of ambiguity nor in a way that is particularly original (the attempted co-opting of her rebirth.)  When father and son finally unite they decide to work together with "No Mercy!" until they have avenged their losses at the hands of the Deep Six.  Of course with such unengaging and almost stock villains it makes the battle almost cartoonish at times, but the battle does finally serve as a center of gravity for these stories in which it has been otherwise lacking.  The revelation at the end is also interesting but not in itself enough to elevate this issue.  The sub-plot with Garth is also interesting but pretty much only adds to the confusion.
