Ant-Man I

Hank Pym

Hank Pym had developed a formula, Pym Particles, that would allow him to shrink down to the size of an insect. He also used his genius level intelligence to create a helmet that allowed him to communicate with the insects around him and to create energy blasts. With these creations, Dr. Pym became the Ant-Man.

Dr. Pym used this persona to fight crime alongside his partner, the Wasp. Ant-Man also became a founding member of the Avengers, alongside Iron Man, Thor, Wasp, and the Hulk. Feeling inadequate with this power, Pym retired the Ant-Man identity and became Hank Pym.  Recently Pym has taken on the name Yellowjacket.  Yes, he is back and with a secret.  A skrull posed as Pym's lover when he separated from Janet after Avengers Disassembled.  Killed him after he told her all the information he knew about the heroes and events of the Marvel U. After that she told the Empress that the job was done. Therefore the girl replaced poor Hank Pym. The SECRET INVASION is here.

Ant-Man II

Scott Lang

Unable to support his family Scott Lang turned to crime. After being caught he was sentenced to five years in jail, but for good behavior his sentence was shortened. Once freed, he worked at Stark Internationals Design Department. Lang's daughter, Stature, was diagnosed with a heart condition and Dr. Erica Sondheim was going to help. Unfortunately, Dr. Sondheim was kidnapped by Darren Cross, a founder of Cross Technological Enterprises. To rescue her, Lang stole the original Hank Pym's technology by breaking into his home. After Scott Lang rescued Dr. Sondheim, Dr Henry Pym allowed him to keep the suit to do good things with it. As Ant-Man Lang saved Iron Man when he was trapped by his own armor. Helped Hank Pym rescue Wasp from Dr. Parnell Solomon. Fought the Avengers enemy Taskmaster on many occasions and even became a member of the Fantastic Four on more than one occasion. Scott was killed when the Avenger Jack Of Hearts blew himself up when the Scarlet Witch lost her mind.

Ant-Man III

Eric O'Grady, an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., is the third man to use the superhero codename of Ant-Man. He wears a prototype Ant-Man power suit that Hank Pym was designing for SHIELD. The suit was originally worn by Chris McCarthy. McCarhty was killed when Hydra agents attacked SHIELD. Eric took the suit when the Helicarrier crashed into Arkansas. After the crash Eric began to seduce Chris's girlfriend Veronica King. Meanwhile he was being tracked by Mitch Carson, the agent who was supposed to wear the suit first. He later attacked Eric with a prototype armor made by Hank Pym. Meanwhile Eric left Veronica after becoming bored with her due to them having a one-night-stand. However he was unaware she was pregant with his child. Eric was again attacked by Mitch who's face was burned by Eric when he escaped.

Eric moved to New York and used his suit to stalk a woman named Beth and even Ms. Marvel. Eric also met the Black Fox and split the money from a jewel theft.

Eric then took a job with Damage Control's Search-And-Rescue branch and has started a relationship with Visioneer. He was even one of the heroes who battled the Hulk during the World War Hulk storyline.

Eric was eventually caught by Carson and arrested, but Eric was freed by the Black Fox who was arrested after freeing him. However Eric freed him later and broke up with Visioneer knowing he was a bad person and hoped to change. He also refuses to raise his child with Veronica for fear that his lack of morals is not good for a child. He has recently joined the The Initiative and got into a fight with Stature for telling terrible lies about her father.

Eric is described as an "Unlikable Super Hero", due to his abrasive personality and selfish behavior.

List of Selfish Behaviors

0) He clocked Hank Pym. This accident was cause by Agent Mitch Carson who did not tell Eric and his friend how to act when the door they were supposed to guard would open up.

1) Saving a human life (his own) and the Ant-Man suit from being stolen or destroyed by villains that were hired by HYRDA.

2) Telling his best friend's girlfriend that his friend is cheating on her.

3) Using the Ant-Man suit to save women in danger and picking a few of them up later on.

4) Making out with his best friend's girlfriend on his friend's grave. Well this shows that he is such a caring guy who sometimes can't control his feelings.

5) Sneaking into women's apartment to watch women shower. (One can't allow true beauty to be "unexperienced".)

6) Eric tried to help the criminal called Black Fox to get back on the right track by giving his stolen goods to the needing (and that would be Eric himself.) Later Eric tried to help  Black Fox to reestablish his life by playing Nintendo Wii with him, but the criminal later took the gaming console with him without an allowance by Eric.

7) When Black Fox tried to free Eric from the S.H.I.E.L.D. carrier Eric (despite being friends with Black Fox) had to hand him over to the enforcers of law. After All the old criminal placed explosives on the S.H.I.E.L.D. carrier and  took Eric's WII which Eric allowed him to keep it.

8) Eric did the only thing that was right when the girlfriend of his dead best friend told him that she was pregnant by him. Eric told her that he will help her financially but that he will not be a farther to this child and giving his unique life style he saved his kid from becoming morally corrupt like himself.

Power Suit Features

While wearing the Ant-Man power suit, Eric is able to shrink to a height of about 1 1/2 inches. The suit has a jetpack to stabilize any jumps he performs when shrunk. Legs can spring from the sides of the suit to enhance his balance or allow for wall-crawling.

When Eric was send to camp Stamford Hank Pym added the growing powers of Giant-Man to the new Ant-Man suit. Pym even renamed the suit to G.I.Ant-Man.
