Anko is a playful Special Jonin from Konoha that gets excited by the sight of blood. Edit
Anko is a dangerous teacher in Naruto's eyes because when he complained at the Chuunin exams she threw a kunai at him and it grazed his cheek, then she went up behind him and licked the blood off his cheek.
She studied under Orochimaru and learned alot of his secrets. He gave her the same curse mark as Sasuke and he said that he'd given the curse mark to ten people, but only her and another survived. Until Anko went on a mission with Ino, Shino, and Naruto she thought she was abandoned by Orochimaru, but she soon came to realize that Orochimaru thought she lacked power and the drive to gain it so he said he gave her a choice, she can come along or she can stay and die. Anko chose to stay but she didn't die and she found a home with Konoha.
