    The Story: Murder strikes the city of St. Louis once again. This time a gruesome murder scene involving multiple victims forces Dolph to call Anita Blake for her assistance. Anita quickly deduces that the victims were killed by hand and most likely the work of a zombie. Anita and Dolph begin to investigate who could possibly be powerful enough to raise a zombie to kill. They come in contact with the strange Dominga Salvador but don't quite find the answers they're looking for. As Anita continues...
