    This issue features three Japanese themed stories, all written by Dave King, 'Newsreel of the Stars: Manga Maniacs', a Japanese styled take on the TV show's opening, 'The Three Samurai', a spoof of Akira Kurosawa's The Seven Samurai, and 'Gigantasaurus vs the Dot', a spoof of Kaiju Eiga, particularly Godzilla.
