Andy Diggle is a British comic book writer under contract with Marvel Comics, having worked on Thunderbolts and Daredevil. He also created the Vertigo title The Losers in 2003 which was adapted into a feature film released in 2010.
Advance Copy cover Back This story takes no prisoners "Saddle up, Boys. Sounds like we just got our probable cause." I wanted to just keep taking picture and post them all, but that would spoil this read. I enjoyed it quite a lot and would give it a 4/5. It was a book I was looking forward to since Diggle's departure from Hellblazer. With this book in print Diggle's Vertigo contract has been completely honored. I hope he returns to DC/Vertigo after making his Marvel Money. Rat Catcher is a story of how the system fails. If you are a fan of Diggle's The Losers I would check this book out when it goes on sale early next year. I read the advanced copy and plan to buy this book. If its Vertigo by Diggle I have yet to be disappointed.
I've loved all the Vertigo Crime stuff so far, I can always have more!
Are you excited for A Sickness in the Family though? I was until I just realized that its written by Denise Mina...now I'm not too sure but hopefully its good, don't want the perfect streak ruined...

The crime stuff is great. Mina was a rookie on Hellblazer and Sickness in the family is an OGN. She is famous for her crime novels, Hellblazer was growing pains and I won't hold that against her when I read this.
