    Once again, The Nocturnes gets a nice color washed cover. The rain blurs the colors together into a gorgeous image. The only complaint I can really give is that it kind of spoils part of the ending.So this series has had me a little wary up through Ghost War, afraid that we were getting too much buildup and still not enough payoff. Each big arc ending a little less climactic than it could. Death Race was that way until the end, when things FINALLY started to weave together just right. This arc b...
