    Yuri proves impossible to deal with as the new Chief Ranger. Reuben tracks Ranger Schreinhundt to the newly reopened Earth/Mars shuttle where he discovers the old ranger is trafficking in human fetal remains. Meanwhile Grace DeWolfe and The Merry Pranksters hijack the shuttle and everybody blasts off for Mars.
