Because they've both held the moniker "Man Without Fear," I would combine Green Lantern and Daredevil into The Green Devil.

Hal "Daredevil" Murdock was a test pilot, flying a plane designed to carry an experimental type of bomb. Clipped by a crashing UFO, his plane went down. He manages to ditch without blowing up, pops the canopy and scrambles out to check the payload. Bent and dented, a hairline crack in the warhead hisses faintly. As Murdock draws nearer to inspect it, the faint hissing suddenly builds and erupts into a geyser of gas, catching Hal full in the face. Blinded, Hal stumbles away from the wreckage, inadvertantly finding the dying alien, Abin Stick. Stick tells him he's one of the Green Nova Corps, and passes his ring on to Murdock, charging him to fight evil.

Thinking of his nickname, Murdock takes the name Green Devil instead of Green Nova, and recites this oath: "In harshest din, or hush profound, my ears catch evil's slightest sound. Let those who think they've escaped my sight, beware my power: Green Devil's light!" As Green Devil, Hal actually uses the ring to enhance his senses, including what he calls his "radar sense" - making up for his lost sight by allowing him to see what's coming from every direction, like the radar in his plane (he wills it to interact with his optic nerve or something comic-plausible like that).

A recurring foe would be Bullseye: The Human Target. No real history in mind here. I just liked the name combo. ;) I guess he'd be like Bullseye, but with a deathwish - often impersonating people targeted for death, and killing those he finds out escaped death. Or maybe he impersonates criminals that Green Devil is after, trying to provoke GD into killing him? I don't know, he's crazy, alright?

Another foe would be businessman and reputed mobster, Wilson Whale - the Kingfish.

Green Lantern + Daredevil = Green Devil

Abin Sur + Stick = Abin Stick

Green Lantern Corps + Nova Corps = Green Nova Corps (I liked Nova Lanterns better, but I didn't like any name combo except Green Devil, so had to find a way to work it in)

Wilson Fisk + Tobias Whale = Wislon Whale

Kingpin + "Whale" = Kingfish (sort of)

Karate Kid + Iron Fist = Karate Fist

Nightwing + Night Thrasher = Night Night!  Wait... Wing Thrasher? 
 
Btw, someone mentioned Batman & Daredevil, so it'd be like Batman with DD's enhanced senses, including that "bat-like" radar sense.  With this combo, I'd just call him The Bat.  Or possibly The 'Bat, short for The Acrobat. 
 
Although The Acrobat might be better suited for a combo of Nightwing and Daredevil.  Young Matt Grayson's parents are killed when their circus train collides with a chemical truck.  Exposed to the toxic fumes, Grayson is blinded and receives enhanced senses, including a sort of radar sense.  Yeah, it's basically Daredevil with Dick Grayson in the costume... not as good as I thought it'd be. 
 
What about Deadman + Daredevil = Dead Devil (Deadevil?)? 
 
Omega the Unknown + Orion (originally known as Orion the Hunter) = Omega Orion the Unknown Hunter.  Or, Orion Omega, Hunter of the Unknown.  Sometimes ally of the already established Challengers of the Fantastic. 
 
Perry White + Ghost Rider = Great Caesar's Ghost Rider?  ...Okay, I might be losing it, here... one more...

Howard the Duck + Alley Kat Abra = Chinese takeout!  Wait... that's not right...  I'll get back to you.

Batman + The Spectre A.K.A Jim Corrigan ( - most of his powers) + ancient Egyptian mythology x DID = Moon Knight (really, why else would they name the guy who punishes criminals/villains using the abilities given to him by a divine entity/deity Marc Spector)
