There was also a Golden Age character called Mastermind Excello, a genius with psychic powers.
Cho is extreamlly intellegent. He can use his brain to preform complex calculations almost instantly. This give him the ability to take on foes and challenges with very little effort.
World War Hulk
When the Hulk and his Warbound attacked Earth, everyone tried to stop him. Cho's plan was different and he formed a group of Renegades consisting of Cho, Hercules, Angel and Namora to help the Hulk.
His plan did not work however and it was left to the other heroes to take down the Hulk.
On the road
Cho and Hercules are now partners of sorts, and spent their summer destroying SHIELD. When Cho's puppy was hurt, he unleashed a virus taking down basically everything SHIELD had under it's control. Cho stopped the virus after Hercules pleaded with them, and SHIELD blew their craft up, but luckily they escaped via teleporting.
